We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was super warm and inviting. The location was excellent, with close proximity to the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, and great shopping options. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation within the city. Another highlight was the comfortable bed and the presence of a night light next to it. Last but not least, the breakfast served at this hotel was excellent, providing a wide selection of delicious options. we couldn't be happier with our experience.

During my stay, the hotel's cleanliness was exceptional. Each room and common area were tidy and well-maintained. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the parking service was excellent, allowing me to conveniently call in advance for my car to be ready when I needed it. The location was also a standout feature, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to various attractions. The bell hop named Augie Luna was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed, from transportation to printing documents. Augie's friendly nature also made small talk enjoyable, whether discussing sports or engaging in general conversation.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They assisted me with a late checkout and helped store my luggage. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to downtown attractions and subway stations. This allowed me to easily explore various parts of LA, including Hollywood, Santa Monica, Inglewood, and East LA. Additionally, there were plenty of lunch spots nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat during the day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, from the soft bed and fresh sheets to the immaculate bathroom and well-stocked amenities. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and room service. The location was excellent, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel provided a helpful map of the area, making it easy to find great places to eat. The staff was fantastic, providing smooth and friendly service from check-in to check-out.
