We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern and pretty, with a flat-screen TV that had our name on it, and a comfy bed. The bathroom had a mirror, and the room itself was very comfy. The staff provided fast and friendly service, whether it was room service or calling in for assistance. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was great, with easy access to a shopping center and close proximity to Staples Center, as well as lots of shops and restaurants.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb, being close to a shopping center and offering easy access to transportation. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. Parking was convenient, with ample space in the hotel's parking lot. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right across the road from the train station, making it easy to navigate this city and visit popular attractions like Hollywood and Santa Monica beach. There were plenty of good dining options nearby, including the highly recommended Bottega Louie just 2 blocks away. The room itself was spacious and had a modern feel, with a great layout. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the outstanding concierge service. The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and help us have a comfortable stay. Additionally, this hotel was within walking distance to many major downtown tourist attractions, as well as Good Samaritan Hospital.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were immediately assisted when we forgot our toiletries. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was heavenly. The location was perfect, close to the Staples Center and many walkable restaurants in the financial district.
